Antonio Prado currently serves as Executive Director of the Collective Empowerment Group of South Florida, Inc. (CEG), a consortium of over forty South Florida churches with predominantly African American congregations. The CEG is engaged in a wide range of economic and community development programs. Mr. Prado also offers over twenty five years of experience as community volunteer and Director of numerous nonprofits. Current service includes: Board Director of Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida, Inc. and of AIJ/Americans for Immigrant Justice (formerly: FIAC). Past activities include service as Board Director of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, East Little Havana Community Development Corporation, and the local and national Boards of Kairos Prison Ministry International, Inc.

Past business experience also includes service as a Director of Pacific National Bank, Miami, since its founding in 1985, including the last five years as its Board Chairman, until retirement in 2009.
As Principal of HPC/Hamilton Planning Consultants, Inc., Mr. Prado currently serves as outsourced CFO/Chief Financial Officer of local companies, in different areas of the for-profit and nonprofit sectors.
